Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India usually takes 5-7 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor your order status.
Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays) may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products are not eligible for return/refund.
Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
